Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed manually.
· Orders placed and paid before 12:00 (CET) are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
· Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) are treated as if they were placed on the following business day.
· Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

If there is a delay in processing (for example, if a title is temporarily out of stock), we will contact you by e-mail using the address you provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the Republic of Croatia.

International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Methods
We offer two delivery options:

  1. Tracked Shipping via Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post)
    · Your order is sent as a registered / tracked shipment through Hrvatska pošta.
    · Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
    · The tracking number allows you to follow your shipment and see its status.

  2. Personal Pickup (By Arrangement)
    · Personal pickup is possible by prior agreement.
    · After you place your order, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to arrange the pickup time and location.
    · There is no shipping charge for personal pickup.

If you choose personal pickup and you do not show up at the agreed time and place, we will contact you once more to reschedule. If pickup cannot be arranged within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (Croatia)
Estimated delivery time begins once the package has been handed over to Hrvatska pošta.

Approximate delivery time for Croatia:
· 2 – 5 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by the postal service. Delays caused by high volume, holidays, weather conditions or similar disruptions are outside of our control.

5. Tracking Information
All shipped orders include tracking.
· You will receive your tracking number by e-mail after the package is dispatched.
· Please make sure the e-mail address you provide at checkout is correct. If it is not correct, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your tracking information.

6. Incorrect / Undeliverable Address
Please double-check your name, street, house number, postal code, and city at checkout.
· If Hrvatska pošta cannot deliver your order because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
· We can re-send the package, but re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts if the buyer is not available at the provided address.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We pack all books in protective packaging (for example, padded envelopes) to reduce the risk of damage.

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the book itself and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at: [your contact e-mail].

If you do not receive your package within the expected time frame, please first check your tracking number.
· If the tracking status shows “delivered,” but you did not receive the package, contact your local post office with that tracking number.
· If the tracking status shows no movement for an unusually long period, contact us and include your order number and tracking number so we can review.

8. Address Changes After Ordering
If you placed an order and notice that the shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately at [your contact e-mail].
If the package has already been handed over to Hrvatska pošta, we can no longer change the address. In that case, responsibility for the incorrect address lies with the buyer.
